2 c quick oatmeal
1 c white flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c sugar
4 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
2 t salt
Mix these dry ingredients together and place in a gallon zip-lock bag and store in the fridge. For every 6-8 pancakes, mix:
3/4 c pancake mix (above)
3/4 c buttermilk
1/4 c milk
1 egg
1 T oil
